How we source welders
1. Scope alignment
We lock down material groups, thicknesses, positions, joints. SGS certification scope is aligned with your production.
2. Video pre-vetting
Each candidate is filmed performing test welds at origin. Your QC pre-approves only those meeting your visual standard.
3. Mobilisation & SGS
Approved candidates are mobilised to Latvia and get a fresh EN ISO 9606-1 SGS certificate. Whoever fails is not sent to your site.
4. On site with QC approval
Your QC practical approval before production. If a welder fails in the first 30 days — we replace at no extra cost.
